Therapeutic process, used within CranioSacral therapy, that helps to release emotional energy from past traumas that have been retained, suppressed, and isolated in the body. This is not booked as a stand alone therapy but is a therapy that is utilized within CranioSacral Therapy sessions.

Reiki
Reiki is a technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Depending on the issues that need to be addressed, it may be possible to utilize 30 or 45 minute sessions for children ages birth-8. If it is possible to meet treatment goals within a shorter session, rates are $45 to $65 for massage, CranioSacral and Reiki. If a full hour or longer session is needed, rates are the same as those for adults/ teens.
Prenatal/ Postpartum Massage Therapy

Massage catered specifically to the needs of expecting or newly postpartum mothers to reduce physical tension patterns and increase relaxation. Prenatal massage and some postnatal appointments are performed with the client in a side lying position with multiple pillows for comfort and spinal alignment.
