Medical , Sport, Prenatal, and Therapeutic Massage Therapy
Outcome-based massage, that utilizes specific treatment strategies to help alleviate physical issues that the client is experiencing.
Relaxation Massage Therapy
Smooth, gentle, and flowing massage to promote general relaxation.
CranioSacral Therapy
A gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.
Somato Emotional Release Therapy
Therapeutic process, used within CranioSacral therapy, that helps to release emotional energy from past traumas that have been retained, suppressed, and isolated in the body. This is not booked as a stand alone therapy but is a therapy that is utilized within CranioSacral Therapy sessions.
Reiki
Reiki is a technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Massage Gatherings and Retreat Accommodations
Restorative Wellness partners with Kindred Circle to offer day and overnight stays. Accommodations are available between 3 p.m. on Saturdays through 8 p.m. on Sundays. Stays may include massage therapy sessions if desired (for an additional charge).

Depending on the issues that need to be addressed, it may be possible to utilize 30 or 45 minute sessions for children ages birth-8. If it is possible to meet treatment goals within a shorter session, rates are $45 to $65 for massage, CranioSacral and Reiki. If a full hour or longer session is needed, rates are the same as those for adults/ teens.
